This book cover for Brave New World was created as part of an assignment focused on utilizing Gestalt principles in design. The brief challenged me to create a visually compelling cover that communicates the novel’s themes while considering practical aspects like print safety margins and visual hierarchy. My design reflects the tension between individuality and societal control using a central pill symbol, a dystopian cityscape, and an isolated silhouette. The modern color palette and typography were chosen to capture the futuristic and thought-provoking essence of the book.
