Semester project 2

Pawdopt is a public awareness campaign created to encourage pet adoption and challenge the mindset of buying animals instead of adopting them.

The concept is built around making adoption feel positive, modern, and emotionally engaging rather than sad or overwhelming. Through playful typography, warm colours, and friendly visual elements, Pawdopt aims to shift perceptions and help people see adoption as an exciting and meaningful choice.

The campaign includes a full visual identity, a logo, poster series, billboard, and a guerrilla marketing touchpoint using animal footprints in public spaces to guide people toward adoptable pets and their stories. Together, these elements create a cohesive and memorable experience designed to spark curiosity, empathy, and action.

Uniqe brand touch point

The  unique brand touchpoint utilizes guerrilla marketing tactics to disrupt the daily commute and transform public spaces into an interactive search for a companion.

The guerrilla marketing element uses animal footprints placed in public spaces to guide people toward adoptable pets. By following the pawprints, passersby are led to a poster with a QR code that reveals the story of the specific animal whose tracks they followed. This unexpected interaction creates curiosity, emotional connection, and a memorable introduction to adoption.”
