Seavent

Seavent is a Norwegian company specializing in HVAC-R solutions for the maritime sector. With decades of experience and a global presence, they provide service, spare parts, and complete ventilation systems for shipyards, fleet owners, and the fishing industry worldwide. Their expertise covers everything from installation and commissioning to maintenance, insulation, and custom fabrication.

I was commissioned to redesign Seavent’s visual identity, starting with a new logo and evolving into a full brand guideline and communication elements. The goal was to modernize their brand while keeping it professional, trustworthy, and rooted in the maritime and technical nature of their work.

I explored multiple logo concepts, ultimately landing on a symbol that integrates subtle references to airflow, ventilation mechanics, and the fluid movement of the ocean, all forming an abstract and dynamic “S.” This symbol serves as the core of the new identity, supported by clean typography and a refined color palette built around Seavent’s signature blue.

In addition to the primary and secondary logos, I created a standalone logo mark, structured a comprehensive brand manual, and developed an email signature system to ensure consistent internal and external communication.

In addition, they needed a new and updated email signature to align with the refreshed logo and brand style. I designed a signature system that makes it easy to update the information for each employee, ensuring consistency across all outgoing communication.
